DOMESTIC SHIPPING ORDERS

At Luna and Lo. The Label we ship through Australia Post. Delivery can take up to 1-8 days depending on your location. We offer the below shipping methods:

Free Pick up and delivery for our customers in Bundeena/Maianbar (2230 NSW)

TRACKING

Once your order has been prepared and sent you will receive an email with your tracking number.

DELIVERY

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.

RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Luna & Lo. The Label want you to have a great experience. We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Make sure you keep all of the original packing material as this is an important part of our product.

FAULTY ITEMS

Luna & Lo. The Label want you to be happy with your Candles Purchase. If there is any issue with your order please email info@lunaandlothelabel.com with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch. We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items. Photo’s must be supplied.

Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out and a full refund will be supplied.

DELIVERY

Please note we are not responsible for any damage or melting once our candles have been delivered successfully. We take care when delivering, so it's your responsibility after. Do not leave the candles out in the sun directly, or outside for long periods of time.

REDUCE, REUSE AND RECYCLE

We know how many of you were asking for options to reuse and recycle your candle jars, so we now offer:

Recycle & Refill: bring back your Luna & Lo. The Label glass jar (Clean) for us to fill it again with your favourite scent and you’ll get 20% off
